Packaging design studio
Design your box. See it fold. Print it.
Put your artwork on a real dieline, watch it fold into the box in 3D, and download a file your printer can use. No designer queue and nothing to install.
01 · How it works
From flat sheet to finished box in four steps
Everything happens in the browser, on the real cutting template.
- 01
Pick a dieline
Choose a box style from the template library. Every template is a real, millimetre-accurate cutting die.
- 02
Design on the flat sheet
Add text and photos on the panels, inside and outside. Colours run into the bleed for you.
- 03
Check it in 3D
Watch the sheet fold into the box and spin it around. Fix anything that sits in the wrong place.
- 04
Export print-ready
Download a layered SVG with cut and crease lines untouched, plus a 3D mockup image.
02 · The studio
See exactly what you'll get
The 2D editor and the 3D box update together, and the studio warns you about print problems while you work.
Live 2D and 3D
Drag a photo on the dieline and see it move on the folded box at the same moment.
Print checks before the printer
Low-resolution photos, artwork past the bleed and text on a fold are flagged while you design.
Inside and outside
Print the inside of the box too, from the same editor, with the sheet mirrored for you.
Real materials
Preview your design on white board, kraft or corrugated before you choose.
Layered print SVG
Cut, crease, background, graphics and text on separate layers, with text kept as real text.
Text that stays text
Your words are never turned into pixels, so they print sharp at any size.
The studio catches it first
These are the same warnings you see in the editor.
- Prints at 140 DPI at this size and may look blurry. Make it smaller or use a sharper image (300 DPI or more).
- Part of this is outside the print area and will be cut off.
- Text crosses a fold or is within 3 mm of an edge. Keep it inside one panel so it isn't cut or bent.

05 · Why Printly
From the team behind Printly for packaging factories
Printly is made by Walnut. Packaging factories already use our Printly platform for quotes, orders and production. The studio brings the same print know-how to brands.
Checked before it prints
The studio flags blurry photos, artwork past the bleed and text on a fold while you work, long before the file reaches a printer.
Fewer physical samples
You check the folded box in 3D on screen, so you don't need a pile of printed samples to see if the artwork lines up.
Nothing to install
Pick a template and start designing in your browser. Projects and uploads are saved to your account.

06 · Customers
What packaging factories say about Printly
“We cut our quoting time from two days to 20 minutes. The accuracy improvement alone paid for the platform in the first month.”
Ahmed K.Factory owner, packaging factory, UAE “Our customers used to call us every single day asking about orders. Now they check the portal themselves. Our phones are finally quiet.”
Murat D.Operations manager, custom packaging, Türkiye “The Die-Cut Studio changed everything. We used to waste 3–4 physical sampling rounds per new design. Now it's usually just one.”
Sara M.Production manager, box factory, Saudi Arabia
07 · FAQ
Questions, answered
Does it cost anything to design?
No. Designing in the studio and downloading your files is free while Printly is in early access.
What file do I get?
A layered SVG at real size in millimetres, with the cut and crease lines untouched, plus a PNG mockup of the folded box.
How sharp do my photos need to be?
300 DPI at the size they print. The studio tells you when a photo falls below that.
What is bleed and do I need to worry about it?
Bleed is the extra margin printed past the cut line so no white edge shows. Panel colours run into it automatically; the studio warns you if artwork goes past it.
Can I print the inside of the box?
Yes. Switch to the inside side in the editor and design it the same way.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the box style, the board and how many you need, so we confirm minimums and lead times per order. Email hi@justprintly.com with your box and quantity and we'll tell you what to expect.
