The right box size and the right board make the biggest difference.
A lot of packaging waste comes from test prints, wrong sizes and the wrong board. Here is what the studio does about each.
Pick the board on screen
Preview your design on white board, kraft or corrugated before you choose, instead of printing a sample on each.
Fewer test prints
The 3D preview and the print checks catch most mistakes on screen, so fewer sheets get printed only to be thrown away.
Right-sized boxes
Seeing the box in 3D helps you pick a size that fits, so less material and less empty space.
Think about recycling early
Plain paper board goes in the paper bin in most places. Lamination, foil and plastic windows can make a box harder to recycle, so ask your printer before you add them.
